Kathryn Reynolds has worked with Poston & Co. since 2011 managing homeowner associations and regimes throughout the Tri-County area. Her management experience has included large homeowner associations, townhome associations, and condominium regimes across all price ranges, geographic locations, and at different stages of development. Kathryn has formed strong contacts with local landscapers, vendors, and contractors and has the experience necessary to manage your association. She was previously employed as a property manager on Kiawah Island.
Kathryn has taken her knowledge gained not only from over ten years of hands on management experience but also from completion of numerous continuing education courses through the Community Association Institute (CAI), working to achieve the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation, and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest designation and distinction achievable in the Association Management industry. In 2022 Kathryn became Vice President of Poston Community Management and a partner in the company.
Kathryn grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. She came to Charleston in 2002 and graduated from the College of Charleston in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre. In her free time, she enjoys boating, fishing, music, North Carolina State sports, and spending time with her family, husband, Chris, daughter, Evans, and their two feline babies, Sugaree and Scarlet.
