Joanna Scarlata joined Poston Community Management, Inc. in August of 2020 as an Association Manager and was previously employed by Kiawah Island Real Estate. Joanna grew up in Wayland, Massachusetts. After graduating Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, Joanna moved to Charleston and never left. Joanna lives on Johns Island and enjoys exploring the coastline by boat, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
Your response time to my emails is fantastic. I have had “not so pleasant” experiences with past property managers, but you are the best I have encountered in all my years. Kudos to Poston and the grounds crew. I was down here for the storm and it is amazing how nice everything looks. You can’t even tell a storm came through. The dock is great too. Just wanted to say “Thank you” to the folks doing the work.
