Janet Schilling joined Poston Community Management, Inc. in January of 2025 as an Assistant Community Association Manager for the Carolina Park and Carolina Riverside communities in Mt. Pleasant.
Originally from Maryland, Janet moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where she met her husband, Stefan, a Charleston native. In 2012, they relocated their family to Charleston, settling in the vibrant community of Mount Pleasant.
Janet has served on her Homeowners Association (HOA) board as both Secretary and Vice President. In these roles, she has managed various vendors, overseeing landscaping, security, and numerous amenities to enhance the community experience.
Janet is active in her church and cherishes quality time with her husband and three children. Her weekends are often filled with traveling for youth club sports, playing with her three dogs, or bonding with family and friends on the pickleball courts
