With a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University, James is a licensed Property Manager and real estate agent, underscoring his dedication to professionalism in the field. He recently joined the Community Manager Institute to further enhance his expertise.
James, originally from Rye, New York, was drawn to Charleston by his love for coastal living. In his free time, he enjoys soaking in the picturesque landscapes of the Low Country, savoring delicious coastal dishes, and unwinding on the Atlantic shores with his endearing fiancee, Marissa and beloved cat Goose.
