Chasity Kirby joined Poston Community Management, Inc. in June 2024 as The Bristol Property Association Manager. Her property management career of over 25 years includes positions in managing multifamily units. Her property owner’s association experience as an onsite manager for a housing development for eight years, being the Lifestyle Director at Del Webb Cane Bay, and portfolio management in Greenville/Spartanburg have given her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry!
Chasity grew up in the Upstate of SC, graduated from USC Spartanburg, and lived in Charleston for over 20 years, raising her son Adyn (23) in Mt. Pleasant and Daniel Island. In late 2021, she responded to the need to return to Spartanburg to care for family, and now the Lowcountry has called her back. Chasity grew up in an historic neighborhood and loves to learn the stories and history of things and places, making Charleston the perfect home for her. Her dad is an artist, and she too enjoys being creative, often finding antique pieces that she can refurbish. Loving the water, nature, and traveling, Chasity seeks out interesting places to visit and explore, looking to interact with the locals and get to know the people and the culture.
